Decisions to follow or copy any trader are made solely by you and at your own risk. You should seek independent professional advice if you are unsure about any investment decision.

4. Risks and No Performance Guarantee

Trading and copy-trading in financial markets involve a high level of risk, including the risk of losing all of your invested capital. Past or simulated performance of any trader does not guarantee future results. zcotrade does not guarantee any profit or protection from losses.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Platform may be subject to fees, such as subscription charges or performance-based fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you activate a paid feature. By enabling a paid feature, you authorize us or our partners to charge you according to the displayed pricing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zcotrade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from market movements, technical issues, or actions of Signal Providers. You are solely responsible for monitoring your account and managing your risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
